Potential bug after deleting templates

If you create a circle-template (or template of any shape apparently), delete it, and then rotate an actor with Alternative Rotation, the template returns though it's been deleted. And if a click is made on the canvas thereafter, a blank actor appears.

Fixed in v1.3.1 hopefully. Reopen if not!
