Multiple Eventbrite Feeds

Code should support more than one set of Eventbrite keys in order to create
different feeds.
Current code uses one API and user key, which is kept in the configuration file.
Name of the output file is another config option.
Ideally each output file would allow for a different API and user, allowing the
same location to serve multiple feeds.
