Unable to write the state (layout) to localStore (old / corrupt layout data)

To replicate serialisation and deserialisation from and to an http api, we write layout to localStore after every change... This written data is outdated... When we refresh the webApp we read the layout data from the localStorage and provide it to the lib as props.
