Broken graphics when using Vulkan as graphics API

When i select Vulkan as the rendering API, the graphics broke apart, almost all the graphics disappear and it's more likely to suffer visual glitches with the UI this doesn't happen when i select other API's such as DirectX 12/11
I have some screenshot showing what's going on with Vulkan, currently I'm using Metroid Prime (Prime Trilogy edition) on Windows 10 with AMD graphics.
Startup and Main Menu:
Vulkan
The Wii safety prompt should appear here instead of a black screen
The Main Menu graphics are entirely missing
DirectX 12
The prompt actually appears
The Main Menu is displayed correctly
Metroid Prime intro:
Vulkan
The text about the The Frigate Orpheon is missing
The Levels don't disappear but the asteroids and Samus Armcannon does (both third and first person)
Everything is missing, except the numbers on the energy display and the light the energy projectiles emanate (which they also don't appear)
DirectX 12
The text appears without problem
The Asteroids on the Orpheon and Samus Armcannon are displayed correctly
The first person view is correctly displayed
This is either an upstream issue or a local one. Either way, it is not directly related to primehack
