Look like libwebp latest commit(https://chromium.googlesource.com/webm/libwebp/+/dfc843aa63ea6679cfc92a012055202c9c84e610%5E1..dfc843aa63ea6679cfc92a012055202c9c84e610/ ) breaks ffmpeg configuration.
