Enable DispatcherUseProcessedURL due to rewrite rules being used

As per https://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/dispatcher/using/dispatcher-install.html#ApacheWebServer , since this aem-helloworld package contains some rewrite rules, the DispatcherUseProcessedURL value needs to be set to 1 .
This allows the allow/deny rules to use the processed URL from the rewrite.
