AEM Upgrade automation repository migration fails when skipped

When running the AEM Upgrade automation script to trigger the repository migration the InSpec test at the end fails when the repository migratoin was skipped, as the repository migration skip is logged as WARN message.
We should add a step where it runs the inspec-aem test for skipped repository migration first and depending on the exit code we run the inspec-aem test if the repository migration was successful.
This depends on ticket shinesolutions/inspec-aem#6, as the InSpec test needs to be implemented first.
