AEM Healthcheck Download fails

Maven changed their URL therefore the download of the AEM Healthcheck is not working anymore if youuse the default URL.

We probably need to update the default URL to

https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/com/shinesolutions/aem-healthcheck-content/1.3.3/aem-healthcheck-content-1.3.3.zip

https://github.com/shinesolutions/puppet-aem-curator/blob/master/manifests/install_aem_healthcheck.pp#L11

Fix released with puppet-aem-curator 3.7.0.
