Stack provisioning failed after updating bundles

In rare cases the AEM Stack provisioning may fail after updating a bundle state as it takes some time till AEM is responding. To increase the reliability of the the stack provisioning process we need to add additional cheks during the configuration of AEM Author & AEM publisher.
