Add support for Nextcloud 28

Enabling Allow untested app and fetching /apps/ncdownloader returns HTTP status code 500.
Up, i don't want to make the update if i have to lost NCDownloader :p
@TristanCottam have you tried to change < nextcloud min-version="20" max-version="27"/> to 28 in "/appinfo/info.xml" ?

Works perfect for me.
Updated Nextcloud and reenable app.
@TristanCottam I think you try on a clean installation, but maybe something wrong with your installation...

changing xml is also works for me!
I confirm, I updated to 28.0.1 and modified the "/appinfo/info.xml" file, it works
It's fine in 28.0.2 too :)
I've got the same problem with lack of 28.0.2 support

A new version is available: Nextcloud 28.0.2

I tried modifying the xml to say version 28 compatible, but it still doesn't work with
