Hosts/services not cleant on configuration reload

When the WebUI has still received a configuration and it receives a new configuration from the same schedulers the hsots/services lists are not cleant. Old hosts/services references remain in memory ... this has been proved with an Alignak framewrok and the same is probably existing with Shinken when the configuration is reloaded with the Glpi importation module
