hs-opentelemetry-instrumentation-http-client

Provides a hook to add OpenTelemetry tracing to an HTTP Manager.

Unlike the upstream hs-opentelemetry-instrumentation-http-client, this package does not require replacing every Network.HTTP.Client function with one that is wrapped with tracing.
