Update the stored cgmodel in the tests

The stored cgmodel loaded in for tests has the old 'equil_torsion_angles' attribute instead of the new 'torsion_phase_angles' - this should be replaced.

This is resolved - I added a python script for rebuilding the test cgmodels whenever needed in /tests/test_data/
