‘Attach to Reveal‘ is always gray，even I was already RUNNING my preject.
'And the 'Inspect with Reveal' ,the project is running ,but I didn't see the "Reveal server is start" log,and the Reveal app didn't find any connection

You can try this way: Run your project first, and Press Debug-> Attach to Reveal menu. Once your project is running, The Attach to Reveal menu is enabled.

@shjborage It's OK now.Thank you. There is a another issue,when I Inspect wieh Reveal OR Attach to Reveal ,Xcode is always go to a crash breakpoint and then go well automatically,is is normal?

It's normal. This plugin do this step automatic for users.
You can try this way Integrating Reveal without modifying your Xcode project
