Rocket.Chat is an alternative to slack. So maybe it is possible to use these plugin also with this tool?

That's actually a neat idea :)
I think it can be done quite easily (see docs: https://rocket.chat/docs/administrator-guides/integrations/) and add the url in foreman_slack
