Sign in: User should be able to reset password

Description:
If the user forgets their password, they can click on "Forget Password" link in Sign in form to reset their password. On click of the link, they should get an email to reset their password. Click on that link in the email should take the user to a page to reset password. There should be 2 password fields in the reset password page: Password, Confirm Password
