The Rex needs a shops map settings panel

The Rex needs a panel where he can setup the map displaying the shops:

• zoom level
• center point
• tiles url

On the client side, the Map component then needs to get those parameters somehow. Either the map adds a query to get those data or we make a query just to grab all params of all components at once.
