Log in as customer function for administrators logs on wrong domain

What is happening
Administration > Customers> Customer ID 1: when I log in as customer ID1 (Jaromír Jágr, 1st domain) I am redirected to 3rd domin and logged ads this customer
Expected result
I should be on 1st domain (the domain of customer)
