While these artifacts dont end up in the final image it makes the build take a lot longer than it needs to.

Should be able to just change https://github.com/shotover/shotover-proxy/blob/606fbfc13d104274312b48c03504e935c0ced8f4/Dockerfile#L7C26-L7C26 to a cargo build -p shotover-bin --release
