shpi/dial.Dial not going full angle on right side and last tick not drawing properly

not going full angle due to behaviour of range(x,y,z) -> excludes z so needs to add one to end point. however not clear why last tick not drawn properly.

fixed last tick. Due to setting end of slice = len - 1 (!) see deb8883
