Where can I find tensorflow bindings?
Or how can I create them?

Sorry, no Tensorflow bindings at the moment. No idea how to create them. If someone wishes to start this effort, will be happy to give guidance.
By the way, before we start porting to other frameworks, I'm planning to optimize this code better and speed things up in the coming few weeks.
