internal/page/blog: shorten very long posts

Right now, the blog at https://dmitri.shuralyov.com/blog shows all blog posts one after another on one page. Some posts are small, some are very long. It makes it hard to skim the blog and tell where one post ends and another begins, since each post has a different and unpredictable size.
I should shorten long posts and add a "View Full Post" link at the bottom if it has been shortened. Perhaps with a fade to white effect to serve as a visual cue that the post has been cut off.
That way, a long blog post such as this one can be shown like this:
