02_EV1.py issues

Dear;

I am interested in performing Hi-C analyses using your scripts. First and foremost, I would like to thank you for sharing the codes. I am currently defining compartments A and B using the 02_EV1.py script. However, I am encountering an issue as the compAorB.py script does not find the chipFile and compartmentFile during its call. I would like to know how to generate them and what information they contain.
