Describe the bug
Problem descriptions are shown in Chinese. "English Content" checkbox is set in settings. "Cookie" checkbox is set in settings. URL set to "leetcode.com". I expect the problem descriptions to be in English.

First I tried to load the problems without authentication (password auth failed for me), and I got the list in Chinese. It was not updated later when I logged into my account maybe. I though clearing the plugin settings/prefs would helped, but I haven't found a way to. Reinstalling the plugin did not help.
