Houdini Niagara Plugin v2.4.0 not working on UE 5.2.1

Hi I do not see the plugin houdini niagara on Unreal Engine 5.2.1

i put the plugin folder in to $projectname\Plugins

and also in \Epic Games\UE_5.2\Engine\Plugins\FX

and none of these options work
