The cloned document from issue eclipse-sw360#376 shall have a new structure with four kinds of elements:
- fixed text, part of the template
- information that should be fixed, but can be overridden by the user (sw360 has default texts for this)
- information that can be queried from the sw360 database
- information that can be queried from the license xml files
Proposed document structure
