RTL support in opened translation balloon

I know that translation balloon automatically detects right-aligned or left-aligned text and makes RTL or LTR.
But this is based on an algorithm that may be based on the first letter of the character. Sometimes it is wrong.
For example, in Farsi, if the first letter is Farsi, it RTLs it well. But if only the first letter is English, it will be displayed as LTR, which is where the problem begins.
