add settings that you can set from frontend to config

• Add the settings that will make it functional in frontend
• Add these settings to config yaml file so it persists
• Load files from yaml file to frontend and set frontend elements to reflect those settings
• Make Save Configuration button overwrite current config and save as the new one
• Implement behaviour based on changes in config file
