GPM doesn't consider the warn enforcement mode for constraints that was introduced in Gatekeeper version 3.4:

Constraints in warn mode are shown in GPM, and the UI indicates WARN in the mode badge, but the colours and the rest of the UI treated them as if they were in DENY.
It's just a cosmetic issue.
