Latest published version 259 for us-east-2 of the Splunk OpenTelemetry Lambda Layer (splunk-apm) does not exist

When I try to use the latest published version in the docs here (arn:aws:lambda:us-east-2:254067382080:layer:splunk-apm:259), I get the error below. The latest version I could find is 222, which I was able to find in the history of the splunk-apm.md.

InvalidParameterValueException: Layer version arn:aws:lambda:us-east-2:254067382080:layer:splunk-apm:259 does not exist.

Newer versions do not seem to have this issue. There seems to be no activity here from Splunk so just closing this for now.
