nvm use lts/gallium and no QR code

Hi.

I had to specify nvm use lts/gallium to get the project to build. (Building with nvm use latest yielded node-gyp related errors.) May be worth to update the README.md accordingly.

I got the app up and running. Unfortunately, the QR code doesn't show up. See attached screenshot.
