Support updating environment variables of Task Definition

Feature request to support updating and/or overriding environment variables set in Task Definition. When pulling latest Task Definition should have an option to add new environment variables.

We could really make good use of this feature. I'd also love to implement this one, If somebody got a hint on how to implement this one properly, I'd be really grateful :)
