We should follow the similar approach as other nodes/clients.
--http.addr for address, --http.port for port, --http.api for RPC methods ...
--ws.addr for address, --ws.port for port, --ws.api for RPC methods ...
We can also extend for other components:
--uopool.addr, --uopool.port ...
