SOA-EDIT-API set to incorrect value

When no explicit value is provided, SOA-EDIT-API is set to the same value as SOA-EDIT.
This is incorrect, as SOA-EDIT-API behaves like SOA-EDIT-DNSUPDATE.
The fallback value should be DEFAULT.
