Lost Treasure UI enables on quest item

Lost Treasure UI enables when reading the mark of the Dark Brotherhood while doing 1st quest of this storyline.
Could you disable it ?
Item is |H1:quest_item:5755|h|h and it is in quest tab of inventory.
