Hello,here is a problem when I run the 'CVNetica_VS' program:
FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: './example_data/TEST_Dune_Erosion_Data.cas'

Hi @hiter01, apologies for the delayed response. May be too late for your project, but you will have to generate a .cas file and .neta file using netica for your particular dataset. These are explained in a bit more detail in the accompanying paper. Please let me know if you have any troubles running the code once you have generated the data needed.
