"new dependent action" from action doesn't tag with action/realm/context

Looking at the template the macro for the "new dependent action" link should tag the new tiddler with the context/realm/title of the current action. However it doesn't do any of that. To replicate open any action tiddler and click on the "new dependent action" link

I can confirm the issue in version 3.1.9 beta. If someone is willing to point me in the right direction (e.g. where the macro for the "new dependent action" is defined) I can try to tackle it myself.

Please take a look into Issue #39 containing a pull request with fixes for the 'new dependent action' functionality. After these fixes it's working well for me now. Hope this helps. Possilby this will be merged into mGSD soon. Lets see. :)
