I could not find the images used in usage.ipynb in the MoNuSAC dataset from the link you provided. Are the images used in the notebook renamed or from another source?

Same here. It would be good to have similar image to replicate. @Payden-McBee Did you have any success at running either usage.ipynb or run.py?
