建议baiqiu加入rapid对linux的支持

建议在SystemHelper.java中加入
public static boolean isLinuxOS = 
System.getProperty("os.name").toLowerCase().indexOf("linux")>= 0;

然后在需要判断OS版本的地方加入 else(SystmeHelper.isLinuxOS){
    Runtime.getRuntime().exec("bash cd "+...）;
}
以使得rapid能够在linux下顺利执行而不报错误
