This could be based on a target goal weight, for example. I did not see an option to add goal weight.

It would be better to have a truly custom option either instead of or as well as target goal weights. My metabolism runs slow and this app is suggesting 7-800 more calories a day than other apps on which I'm barely losing weight (and many weeks seeing no change at all).
