Clicking in the gui I can get the german value for fee. :-(

Have fixed all fee=Nein from Vespucci (all mine :-) in the database. And some non-vespucci fee=Ja.

While it was a bug in this code, it went unnoticed because the relevant values were previously not translatable/translated, so there is unlikely to have been a lot of opportunity for this to actually occur.
