Canadian French keyboards include legends for the soft hyphen on AltGr-. , and this layout does not support that.
Is there a document or documents that shows what you need?
This one is for consistency with keyboard legends and the behavior of the standard French Canadian keyboard.

Add support for the soft hyphen (U+00ad) on the VK_OEM_PERIOD key.
