Supercollider: Disable building of ugens that require X

There are some Ugens like Xmouse that depend on libXt, since we're not going to be running X it would be nice if we could disable building these.
This would give a better UX because there are no Ugens the users can't actually use
And it will reduce build times and image size because no unnecessary dependencies are installed.
