Live demo for HTTP Basic auth option

Maybe this option should be deployed as a second live demo?

Demo is now on Cloud Run - waiting for https://datasette-auth-passwords-http-basic-demo.datasette.io/ to start working (I pointed DNS at it but I need the Cloud Run certificate to get issued).
