Please implement middle mouse click in mouse buttons

PS Move in RPCS3 (ps3 emulator) is used as a substitute to Guncon 3. It's trigger button is bound to the middle mouse button. This makes it impossible to use Touchmote to play games like Time Crisis 4.

This was already added on newer builds. You can find them on touchmote issue 65 thread.
