I've been trying to use my DS4, but there seems to be no vibration. When trying to check the controller functionality through "Devices and Printers" by right clicking the "Wireless Controller", clicking "Game Controller Settings", and clicking "Properties, it opens a tab that shows no buttons, POV HAT, or AXES. This tab should be named "Wireless Controller, but is instead named "vmultia HID properties". The "vmultia HID" driver is listed in Device Manager, and is signed by "djpnewton@gmail.com". After contacting him I was informed that his driver was installed by Touchmote. Why is this driver not being disabled when Touchmote is not running?
