Let user view job files in browser

Let user to view job related files such as scripts, input and outputs inside browser as well as downloading them.

Mimetype autodetection is already in place but it uses the file extension. To fix this I should save scripts with extension and all uploaded files should have extensions. I will close this when I decide about script extension while saving.
