GitHub Actions URL breaks when hosting reports in a different repo

When changing the github_repo input to build the reports for external hosting, the link back to the GitHub Actions run in the Executors section breaks, using the new hosting site url instead of where the tests were run.

This can be fixed by adding a github_tests_repo input that defaults to the repository where the reports are built. I will open a PR to address this.
