Stopped scrobbling from RocketPlayer after getting a new phone

I moved all my data from a Pixel 2 to a Pixel 3a and now the app won't scrobble from RocketPlayer. I enabled scrobbling both in the player and in the scrobbler (and various combinations of both), as well as reinstalling the scrobbler, but nothing has worked.

Also, scrobbling from Soundcloud/Spotify still works fine.

It also might have been the recent Android update.
