cannot receive emails from Spotify

Describe the bug
i cannot receive emails from spotify via my simplelogin alias. most probably it's: no-reply[@]spotify.com
i am able to receive emails via this same simplelogin alias coming from other services or from my friends.
Expected behavior
to be able to receive emails from spotify via my simplelogin alias.
Environment (If applicable):
not sure if environment is relevant for this kind of issue, as i seems to be on the side of simplelogin
Additional context
i am registered on spotify with my simplelogin alias. i need to reset my password on spotify, but as described above, i am unable to receive the email to confirm the requested password reset. therefor i am currently locked out of my own spotify account and cant access it, because email forwarding from simplelogin does not seems to work properly for emails from spotify.
!! this is a bad situation, because i have a paid premium spotify account, but cant access it!!

I know this is not helpful to solving your immediate issue, but I just successfully changed my email from a Gmail address to an @aleeas.com address. I am receiving emails from no-reply@spotify.com. Just providing as another data point.
